The buildings light and fresh. The staff friendly. It did not feel like a hospital of old.

We could talk about your illness without worrying about the time. The time allowed for the patient to talk and for the medical staff to fully reappraise the diagnosis and the prescriptions to a complete relief for the patient. The patient feels more relaxed and has a better understanding of the symptoms. An excellent service.

Overall care very good, you were treated as a person not a thing. If you did not understand a question it was rephrased. Sorry about the spelling, I always did get things back to front. Wheelchairs not very good.

The care was excellent and I was treated with kindness and everyone was very helpful and it was a very calm and unrushed experience, which is not always the care in other departments of the hospital.

Seen on time. Felt I had been listened to. Given good advice and encouragement. Friendly transport provided. Staff pleasant and jolly.
